Atlantic Lithium Limited (ASX: A11) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Atlantic Lithium Limited (‘A11’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of A11, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 18 December 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Atlantic Lithium Limited (ASX: A11) requests an immediate Trading Halt from ASX to be implemented for its ordinary shares as per the attached announcement to the market regarding a proposed capital raising that is material to the Company.
The trading halt is requested until the commencement of trading on Monday, 18 December 2023 or upon release of an announcement by the Company.
The Company is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted and is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the Trading Halt.
