CORPORATE UPDATE
13 June 2023
Resignation of Director
Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM: ALL, ASX: A11, OTCQX: ALLIF, "Atlantic Lithium" or the "Company"), the funded African-focussed lithium exploration and development company targeting to deliver Ghana’s first lithium mine, announces that, after 10 years, Stuart Crow will step down from the Board with immediate effect to focus on his other business interests.
As Senior Non-Executive Director Mr Crow has played a leading role in guiding the Company through its transformation to become a near-term, significant lithium producer.
As the Company’s leadership team continues to take shape with the focus on first production from its Ewoyaa Lithium Project, Mr Crow has decided to step back from his role to focus on his other business ventures, where his increasing involvement will be greatly valued.
Commenting, Neil Herbert, Executive Chairman of Atlantic Lithium, said:
“Stu has served as a highly valued member of the Atlantic Lithium Board for over a decade. In this time, he has played a significant role in the Company’s ability to weather commodity and market cycles and his insights have been vital in advancing the Company from junior multi-commodity explorer to near-term lithium producer.
“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Stu for the considerable contributions he has made towards the growth of the Company. We wish him every success in all his business endeavours.”
