Withdrawal of AGM Resolution
Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM: ALL, ASX: A11, GSE: ALLGH, “Atlantic Lithium” or the “Company”), the Africa-focused lithium exploration and development company targeting the delivery of Ghana's first lithium mine, advises that the Board of Directors has resolved to withdraw Resolution 6 from the agenda of the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to held at 7pm (Sydney time) / 8am (London time) today.
The decision to withdraw Resolution 6 follows a review of proxy instructions received to date, which indicate that the resolution would not receive sufficient support to pass. The Board considers it appropriate to withdraw the resolution rather than proceed with a vote.
The withdrawal of Resolution 6 will not affect the validity of proxy forms already submitted in respect of the remaining resolutions to be considered at the AGM. Any votes cast on Resolution 6 will be disregarded.
All other items of business included in the Notice of Annual General Meeting will proceed as scheduled.
