Notification on the transfer of treasury shares according to the Option Program and the Company Remuneration Policy as well as acquisition of Company shares by persons entrusted with managerial duties in the Company

Atlantic Grupa d.d. (hereinafter referred to as: The Company) announces realization of the transfer of the treasury shares in accordance with the Option Program and the Remuneration Policy of Atlantic Grupa d.d. pursuant to which on December 01, 2014 the Company has transferred to the management and employees 445 shares of the Company with the total nominal amount of 17.800,00 kuna.

Before said acquisition the Company had 522 treasury shares of a total nominal amount of 20.880,00 kuna, which represents 0,02% of the share capital of the Company. After said acquisition the Company owns 77 treasury shares of a total nominal amount of 3.080,00 kuna, which is an amount of 0,002% of the share capital of the Company.

Member of the the Management Board Mladen Veber was awarded with 110 shares of Atlantic Grupa, with a total nominal amount of 4.400,00 kuna. Before this transfer he held 13.240 shares of Atlantic Grupa, with a total nominal amount of 529.600,00 kn, and after the transfer he holds a total of 13.350 shares of Atlantic Grupa, with a total nominal amount of 534.000,00 kn.

Member of the Management Board Neven Vranković was awarded with 70 shares of Atlantic Grupa, with a total nominal amount of 2.800,00 kuna. Before this transfer he held 19.233 shares of Atlantic Grupa, with a total nominal amount of 769.320,00 kn, and after the transfer he holds a total of 19.303 shares of Atlantic Grupa, with a total nominal amount of 772.120,00 kn.

Member of the Management Board Zoran Stanković was awarded with 58 shares of Atlantic Grupa, with a total nominal amount of 2.320,00 kuna. Before this transfer he held 4.913 shares of Atlantic Grupa, with a total nominal amount of 196.520,00 kn, and after the transfer he held a total of 4.971 shares of Atlantic Grupa, with a total nominal amount of 198.840,00 kn.

The total of 207 shares of the Company, with a total nominal amount of 8.280,00 kuna, were transferred to the remaining employees of the Company.
