Signed Agreement on the sale and purchase of the Ljekarne Deltis Pharm institution

Following the announcement from December 10, 2025, we inform you that, after successfully concluding negotiations, Belupo d.d. as the seller and the pharmacy chain Farmacia Holding d.o.o., owned by Atlantic Grupa, as the buyer, have signed an agreement on the sale of the Ljekarne Deltis Pharm institution. The completion of the transaction is planned by the end of January 2026.
