Atlantic Grupa purchased minority business shares in operative companies

Further to its strategic commitment towards ownership consolidation in all operative companies within the system, Atlantic Grupa has purchased the minority business shares in the companies in its majority ownership.

Specifically, this refers to a purchase in companies Cedevita d.o.o. and Atlantic Multipower UK Ltd., whereat Atlantic Grupa has purchased directly a 19 percent minority business share in Cedevita while Atlantic Multipower Germany, the company in a hundred percent ownership of Atlantic Grupa, purchased a 35 percent business share in Atlantic Multipower UK, an affiliated company with its registered seat in London.

The value of the payment made for these minority business shares is EUR 12,261,276.
