Acquisition of the company ATLANTIC ULAGANJA d.o.o. by the company ATLANTIC GRUPA d.d.

On October 15, 2012, the General Assembly of the company ATLANTIC ULAGANJA d.o.o., Zagreb, Miramarska 23, was held in Zagreb, where the Resolution on the Acquisition and Approval of the Agreement on the Acquisition of the company ATLANTIC ULAGANJA d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Acquired Company) by the company ATLANTIC GRUPA d.d., Zagreb, Miramarska 23 (hereinafter referred to as the Acquiring Company) concluded on August 20, 2012, was adopted.

In accordance with the aforesaid and the Notice published, i.e. addressed to the shareholders of the Acquiring Company ATLANTIC GRUPA d.d. on September 11, 2012, the Court Register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb shall register the subject matter acquisition whereby the Acquired Company ATLANTIC ULAGANJA d.o.o., Zagreb, Miramarska 23 shall cease to exist.

The acquisition will not result in any increase in the share capital of the Acquiring Company.
