Atlantic Grupa has acquired business share in the company Atlantic Farmacia d.o.o.

Based on the Contract on the purchase of a business share of the nominal value of HRK 5,000, which represents 5% of the share capital of the company Atlantic Farmacia d.o.o., executed with the former owner, Ms. Dubravka Mandić, Atlantic Grupa has become the 100% owner of the company Atlantic Farmacia d.o.o. which manages a part of the pharmacies gathered under the common name Farmacia.

The leading Croatian private pharmacy chain Farmacia was established in the beginning of 2008, comprising today the total of 57 pharmacies and specialised shops. Within its strategy aimed at development of the pharmacy business, Atlantic Grupa has positioned itself as a company that is permanently increasing its presence on the pharmacy market by acquisition of new pharmacies or healthcare institutions, as well as by opening new pharmacies or specialised shops within the framework of the applicable laws and regulations.
