Notice on the transaction of person entrusted with managerial duties

Atlantic Grupa d.d., Miramarska 23, Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company or the Issuer) hereby announces the disposal of 1,000 shares of the Issuer, conducted by Mate Štetić, a member of Management Board by a transaction executed on 15 December 2025 on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The said shares, with a total nominal amount of EUR 8,000.00, constitute 0.07% of the Company's share capital, or 0.07% of the votes at the General Assembly of the Company,

Prior to the said disposal, the member of the Management Board Mate Štetić owned 9,323 shares of the Company, with a total nominal amount of EUR 74,584.00, which constitute 0.07% of the Company's share capital, i.e., they grant 0.07% of the votes at the General Assembly of the Company. Following the aforementioned disposal, the member of the Management Board Mate Štetić owns 8,323 shares of the Company, with a total nominal amount of EUR 66,584.00 which constitute 0.07% of the Company's share capital, i.e., they grant 0.07% of the votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
