Notice on the transaction of person entrusted with managerial duties

Atlantic Grupa d.d., Miramarska 23, Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company or the Issuer) hereby announces the disposal of shares of the Issuer, conducted by Srećko Nakić, a member of Management Board:

• 243 shares by a transaction executed on 8 December 2025 on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The said shares, with a total nominal amount of EUR 1,944.00, constitute 0.002% of the Company's share capital, or 0.002% of the votes at the General Assembly of the Company,
• 157 shares by a transaction executed on 9 December 2025 on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The said shares, with a total nominal amount of EUR 1,256.00, constitute 0.001% of the Company's share capital, or 0.001% of the votes at the General Assembly of the Company,

Prior to the said disposal, the member of the Management Board Srećko Nakić owned 33,300 shares of the Company, with a total nominal amount of EUR 266,400.00, which constitute 0.25% of the Company's share capital, i.e., they grant 0.25% of the votes at the General Assembly of the Company. Following the aforementioned disposal, the member of the Management Board Srećko Nakić owns 32,900 shares of the Company, with a total nominal amount of EUR 263,200.00 which constitute 0.25% of the Company's share capital, i.e., they grant 0.25% of the votes at the General Assembly of the Company.

Attached to this notice are forms with data on aforementioned transactions of a person performing managerial duties, in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2016/523.
