Notice on the disposal of shares by persons entrusted with managerial duties within the Issuer

Pursuant to the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Atlantic Grupa d.d., Zagreb, Miramarska 23 (hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that Srecko Nakić, Member of the Management Board released 250 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., of the total nominal value of HRK 10,000.00, by the transaction made on 5 November 2019, at the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Subject shares represent 0,007% of the share capital of the Company and provide 0,007% votes at the General Assembly of the Company.

Before the aforementioned release, Member of the Management Board Srecko Nakić held 6.219 shares of the Company, of the total nominal value of HRK 248,760.00 which represent 0,19% of the share capital of the Company and provide 0,19% votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
