Notification on the transaction made by the person discharging managerial responsibilities with the Issuer

Pursuant to articles of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Atlantic Grupa d.d., Zagreb, Miramarska 23 (hereinafter referred to as: the Issuer), hereby sends out the notification on the release of 1,000 shares of the Issuer, with the total nominal value of HRK 40,000.00, by Zoran Stanković, Member of the Management Board of the Issuer. The mentioned shares represent 0.03% of the subscribed capital of the Company, i.e. 0.03% of the votes at the General Assembly of the Company.

Before the stated release, the Member of the Management Board Zoran Stanković held 5.453 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., with the total nominal value of HRK 218,120.00, which represent 0.16% of the subscribed capital of the Company, i.e. give 0.16% of the votes at the General Assembly of the Company. After the stated release, the Member of the Management Board Zoran Stanković holds 4,453 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., with the total nominal value of HRK 178,120.00, which represent 0.13% of the subscribed capital of the Company, i.e. give 0.13% of the votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
