Notice on the approval of the Prospectus on Issue and Listing

In line with the Article 459 of Capital Market Act, Atlantic Grupa d.d., Zagreb, Miramarska 23 (hereinafter also as: the "Issuer") hereby informs on the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency approving the Prospectus of Atlantic Grupa d.d. on issue through a public offering and listing of bonds of Atlantic Grupa d.d., of the total nominal amount 200 million HRK, with the fixed interest rate, paid semi-annually, and a maturity of five years, at the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. On 10 June 2016 Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency adopted the Decision on 10 June 2016, Class: UP/I 976-02/16-01/03, Ur. No: 326-01-770-772-16-5, approving the Prospectus of the Issuer on issue through a public offering and listing of bonds (hereinafter: the "Decision"), attached hereto.

The subject issue through a public offering and listing on the Official market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange refers to bonds of the total amount of HRK 200 million, issued in name, in dematerialized form, with nominal amount of the single bond of HRK 1, with the fixed interest rate paid semi-annually and a five years maturity, under the code ATGR-O-216A and ISIN: HRATGRO216A9. Bonds shall be listed at the Official market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange upon the approval of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
