OTS: Atlantic Grupa d.d. - Changes in the Management Board membership

Zagreb (HinaOTS) - Atlantic Grupa d.d., Zagreb, Miramarska 23, MB: 1671910, OIB: 71149912416, is issuing as follows:

Mladen Veber, Atlantic's former Senior Vice President for Business Operations, ceases his mandate in the Management Board effective today, and will continue his professional carreer outside of Atlantic Grupa business system. His responsibilities will be redistributed among the remaining members of the Board.

Mladen Veber joined Atlantic in 1996 as the Director of the Rijeka Distribution Centre, he was appointed Vice President of Atlantic Trade responsible for brand management and international markets in 2001, and promoted to Senior Vice President responsible for all business operations of Atlantic Grupa in 2006.
