Notification of the Transfer of Shares of Minority Shareholders of the Company Palanački Kiseljak a.d.

Atlantic Grupa d.d. announces that on 08 December, 2012, the General Assembly of the company Palanački Kiseljak a.d., Smederevska Palanka, the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was held regarding the transfer of 5,576 shares from minority shareholders which constitutes 7,1% of the share capital of the Company, to the majority shareholder the company Soko Nada Štark a.d., Belgrade, the Republic of Serbia.

Upon the registration of said Resolution of the General Assembly in the register of the competent authority of the Republic of Serbia, the proprietary portfolio of Atlantic Grupa was increased by the remaining 7,1% share in the share capital of the Company.

Majority share of 79,4% in the share capital of the Company was acquired through the acquisition of the Droga Kolinska Company in 2010. and through the takeover bid, executed in January 2011, by which it has acquired additional share capital of 13,5% of the Company.
