Notification of the Transfer of Shares of Minority Shareholders of the Company Soko Nada Štark a.d.

Atlantic Grupa d.d. announces that on 02 October, 2012, the General Assembly of the company Soko Nada Štark a.d., Belgrade, the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was held regarding the transfer of 190,370 shares from minority shareholders which constitutes 5.86% of the share capital of the Company, to the majority shareholder the company Grand Kafa d.o.o., Belgrade, the Republic of Serbia.

Upon the registration of said Resolution of the General Assembly in the register of the competent authority of the Republic of Serbia, the proprietary portfolio of Atlantic Grupa was increased by the remaining 5.86% share in the share capital of the Company, whose majority share of 94.14% in the share capital was acquired through the acquisition of the Droga Kolinska Company in 2010. For the transfer of the minority shares in the share capital of the Company the minority shareholders were paid a fair severance in the total amount of EUR 2.3 million.
