NOTICE OF CHANGE IN THE SHARE CAPITAL
Rome 26 November 2020 – Atlantia announces the new composition of the share capital (subscribed and paid in) following the change of art. 6 of the Atlantia S.p.A's By-laws (elimination of the par value of the 825.783.990 shares) resolved by the General Meeting held on 30 October 2020 (resolution registered in the Company Register of Rome on 5 November 2020).
The following table shows the current composition of the share capital along with its previous one.
