MEMBER OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS RESIGNS
Rome, March 14, 2020 - Atlantia informs that on March 13th, 2021, Sabrina Benetton, nonexecutive and non-independent director of Atlantia, resigned with immediate effect.
The above decision, according to the communication received, was "also due in the light of the events (recent and older) pertaining the subsidiary, Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A., and to the inconvenience, even reciprocal, which, in consideration of the complex issues related to, my position, as relevant shareholder of the relevant shareholder of the Company, necessarily determines ".
Sabrina Benetton did not hold any role in the internal board committees, she did not receive any further compensation than that provided for her position and she does not directly own shares of Atlantia S.p.A.
On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Company expresses its thanks to Sabrina Benetton for the contribution she has made to the Company in recent years.
