REPLACEMENT OF A MEMBER OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE

Rome, 21 January 2020 – Following the press release of 13 January 2020, the Company informs that the Board of Directors of Atlantia SpA, which met on 17 January 2020, appointed the independent non-executive Director as member of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, as replacement of the Director Carlo Bertazzo, appointed Chief Executive Officer.
