GENERAL DIRECTOR APPOINTED

Rome, 28 February 2020 - Atlantia announces that, from 1 March 2020, Mr Carlo Bertazzo, CEO of the Company, will also takes on the role of General Manager of Atlantia S.p.A.. Mr Giancarlo Guenzi will retain his position as General Manager with the powers already assigned by the Board of Directors on 13 January 2020.
