RESIGNATION FROM NOMINATIONS COMMITTEE
Rome, 26 May 2020 – Atlantia SpA announces that, as previously communicated to the Nominations Committee and to achieve closer alignment with best corporate governance practice, Mr. Carlo Bertazzo, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has today tendered his resignation as a member of the Company's Nominations Committee with immediate effect. As a result, the Nominations Committee now consists of three non-executive Directors, all of whom independent.
