APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER OF THE INTERNAL CONTROL, RISK AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE
Rome, 13 November 2020 – Following the press release of 9 July 2020, the Company informs that the Board of Directors of Atlantia S.p.A. held today appointed the independent non-executive Director Lucia Morselli as member of the Internal Control, Risk and Corporate Governance Committee, repleasing Mrs Mara Anna Rita Caverni who resigned as a member of the Board of Directors and from the other offices held in Atlantia with effect from 31 July 2020.
Therefore the Comittee is made up of 4 non-executive, indipendent memebers: Cristina De Benetti (Chiarwoman), Andrea Boitani, Dario Frigerio and Lucia Morselli.
