Roma, 27 settembre 2019 – Si rende noto che il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Atlantia S.p.A., riunitosi in data odierna, ha provveduto a nominare il consigliere non esecutivo Carlo Bertazzo quale componente del Comitato per le Nomine.

Pertanto, il Comitato stesso risulta attualmente composto dai consiglieri Gioia Ghezzi (indipendente, in qualità di Presidente), Carlo Bertazzo, Ferdinando Nelli Feroci (indipendente) e Licia Soncini (indipendente).
