NOMINATIONS COMMITTEE COMPOSITION

Rome, 27 September 2019 – Today's meeting of the Board of Directors of Atlantia SpA has appointed the non-executive Director Carlo Bertazzo as member of the Nominations Committee.

As a result, the Nominations Committee is currently composed by Gioia Ghezzi (independent Director) as Committee Chairwoman, Carlo Bertazzo, Ferdinando Nelli Feroci (independent Director) and Licia Soncini (independent Director).
