Mundys, the Shareholders' Meeting approved financial statements as of 31 December 2024
Rome, 29 April 2025 – The Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Mundys chaired by Amb. Giampiero Massolo today approved the financial statements as of 31 December 2024 and the proposals of the Board of Directors. The consolidated financial statements and the consolidated sustainability reporting prepared in accordance with Legislative Decree 125/2024 implementing Directive (EU) 2022/2424 (so-called Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - CSRD), both included in the Integrated Annual Report 2024, were also presented to the Shareholders' Meeting.
