MUNDYS, THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING APPROVED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS OF 31 DECEMBER 2023
Rome, 30 April 2024 – The Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Mundys chaired by Amb. Giampiero Massolo today approved the financial statements as of 31 December 2023 and the proposals of the Board of Directors. The General Meeting acknowledged the presentation of the consolidated financial statements as well of the Mundys Group and the consolidated non-financial statement as of 31 December 2023, included in the 2023 Annual Integrated Report.
