(b) On January 8, 2019 Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (the "Company") received notice from Barbara S. Jeremiah, who currently serves as a member of the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"), indicating that she will not stand for re-election to the Board at the Company's upcoming 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, when her current term expires.
