Completion of tax audit by the Large Taxpayers Audit Center for 2019

EYDAP, in the context of informing the investing public, announces that the tax audit for fiscal year 2019, by the Large Taxpayers Audit Center pursuant to the audit order No. 109/0/9691-26.03.2025, was completed in November 2025.

The Company paid a tax amount of approximately € 2.6 million as well as the amount of approximately € 1.6 million for surcharges and fines, from accounting differences that arose mainly due to the reductions in water bills to customers, within the context of the company's established policy to support the consumer, as well as the receipts received from public hospitals to ensure the healthcare of employees.

It is noted that the Company had formed a provision for unaudited tax years of approximately € 2.4 million which is included in the financial statements.

For part of the above paid fines, namely € 0.33 million, the company has filed a legal appeal against the negative responses of the Attica tax procedures and service center, for a reduction request of the imposed fine by fifty percent (50%), due to a late amendment declaration.
