Announcement on Purchase of Own Shares

Athens International Airport S.A. (the "Company") announces to the investment community that, as per Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and in the context of the resolution of its Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 14.04.2025 and the relevant decision of its Board of Directors dated 31.10.2025, during the period from 29.12.2025 to 02.01.2026, within the framework of the Program, the Company purchased through the Athens Exchange, 4,800 own shares, as follows:
