On August 6, Marc Rowan, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (“Apollo”) and Director of Athene Holding Ltd. (the “Company”) informed the Company that he has sold certain Class A common shares of the Company that he beneficially owns and that he intends to sell up to 1,000,000 Class A common shares of the Company in the aggregate (the “Aggregate Company Shares”) prior to the closing of the merger of Apollo and the Company. Following such sales, Mr. Rowan will beneficially own approximately 681,075 Class A common shares of the Company.
