Following the issue of securities under the fully underwritten Entitlement Issue following the General Meeting of shareholders held on 30 July 2021, together with a subsequent placement on 27 August 2021 the total Ordinary Fully Paid Shares in the Athena Resources Limited is 812,967,558.
