PLACEMENT IN SATISFACTION OF OUTSTANDING FEES
Further to the announcement dated 30 July, Results of General Meeting, Athena Resources Limited (ASX:AHN) ( Athena ) is pleased to announce that it has completed a placement of 70,900,000 fully paid ordinary Athena shares at an issue price of $0.008 each to settle outstanding fees of $567,200 as approved by shareholders under Resolutions 3,4,5 and 6 of the General Meeting.
The Placement Shares will be issued today and are cleansed under Section 708A(11)(b)(ii) of the Corporations Act.
