TRADING HALT
The securities of Athena Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 7 January 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT
The Directors of Athena Resources Limited (ASX Code: AHN) hereby request a trading halt of the Company’s securities.
The trading halt is requested until an announcement is made to the market with respect to a proposed capital raising and corporate transaction.
This announcement is expected to be made before the commencement of trading on Thursday 7 January 2016.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
