CHANGE OF RECORD DATE for SHARE PURCHASE PLAN

On Tuesday 5 August 2014 Athena Resources Limited (ASX: AHN) announced a share purchase plan (“ SPP ”). The indicative timetable in that announcement provided that the record date for determining entitlement would be Monday 4 August 2014.

As that date was a non-business date for ASX purposes, the record date to determine entitlement to participate in the Company’s SPP has been amended to 5pm (WST) on Friday 1 August 2014. All other dates remain the same.
