ATHENA RESOURCES LIMITED – NON RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OPTIONS
We confirm that the Company’s Non Renounceable Rights issue announced on 9 December 2009 has closed and 28,650,465 Options were issued on 27 January 2010 to raise a total of $286,505.Quotation is sought for those options.
The issued capital of the company following the issue of the options is as follows:
