Resignation

Mr Ed Edwards has resigned his position as Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Appointment

Mr Peter Newcomb has been appointed Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Directors

Mr Ed Edwards is now the Managing Director and Mr Peter Newcomb is Executive Director.

There are no material changes to the terms of the director’s contracts.
