NEW COMPANY SECRETARY AND CHANGE OF COMPANY ADDRESS
Athena Resources Limited (ASX: AHN)( Athena or The Company ) advises that Mr Peter Newcomb has resigned his position as Company Secretary and Mr Ed Edwards has resigned as Joint Company Secretary effective immediately and Mr Joe Graziano has been appointed in his place. The Board takes this opportunity to thank Peter for his service to the Company, and wish him well in his future endeavors. Mr Edwards will continue as an Executive Director.
