RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Shane Sadleir, has resigned (with immediate effect) as non executive Director of Athena Resources Limited.
Shane has put in a sustained effort over the past several years into the formation of Athena and its successful listing on the ASX.
The Board wishes to acknowledge the significant contribution that he has made to Athena and wishes him enjoyment and success in his future activities. He remains the major shareholder of the Company.
