We end the year with a consolidated net result of €20.38 million, representing an increase for the fourth consecutive year.

This year again, the business portfolio, which has 16 projects spread over 9 cities, provides a diversification of the origination of income and the visibility of future revenues. We are now able again to propose a capital remuneration on the rise.
