Atea Sverige chosen for frame agreement to deliver Microsoft software

Atea Sverige AB has, as the only supplier, been

chosen for a frame agreement from Kommentus with an

estimated total value of MSEK 500 (MNOK 404) over 3

years. The frame agreement includes delivery of

Microsoft software to a number of Swedish

municipalities and municipal enterprises.

In the previous period of agreement the revenue of

the frame agreement was approximately MSEK 500 (MNOK

404) over 3 years, divided between Atea and one more

supplier. Kommentus, a common purchasing unit for

local authorities in Sweden, do not state an

estimated revenue for the frame agreement. The

agreement will have effect as of June 1, 2010.

The frame agreement wil be signed in 10 days, unless

being applied against.
