Atea has been awarded the Platinum medal - the highest possible distinction - in

the 2025 EcoVadis Sustainability Rating, for the sixth consecutive year. This

achievement places Atea among the top 1% of more than 150,000 companies assessed

globally by EcoVadis, a leading provider of business sustainability ratings.

During the past year:

· Atea was again recognized as one of the most sustainable corporations in the

world, by Corporate Knights as part of their annual ranking called "Global 100".

· Atea earned a place on CDP's annual 'A List' for its leadership in climate

transparency and performance.

· Atea was named a European "Climate Leader" by the Financial Times and

Statista, based on its efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

· Atea was included among "Europe's 50 Most Sustainable Corporations" by

Corporate Knights, reflecting its strong performance in environmental, social,

and governance practices.

· Atea was listed among the "World's Most Sustainable Companies 2025" in a

ranking by global media brand TIME and Statista, based on its sustainability

· Atea received the ESG Transparency Award from EUPD Research, achieving the
