Availability of the Annual Financial Report (Registration Document) for fiscal year 2011/2012 ended March 31, 2012
Paris, July 31 st , 2012 – Atari's Annual Financial Report / Registration Document for fiscal year 2011/2012 ended March 31, 2012, was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on July 30th 2012 under registration number D.12-0770.
The document is available to the public in accordance with current French regulations. It can also be found on the Atari website (http://corporate.atari.com), in the Regulated Information section, as well as on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).
It includes the Annual Financial Report, the Board of Directors management report provided for in accordance with Article L.225-37 of the French Commercial Code on the preparation and organization of the work of the Board and the internal control process, the statutory auditors reports, the information on their fees as well as the Annual Information Document.
