Release of half year 2011/2012 Financial Report ended September 30th, 2011

Paris, France – November 29, 2011 – The 2011/2012 Interim Financial Report of ATARI on the first six months ended September 30, 2011 is available and can be accessed in the "Financial Publications" part of the ATARI website (http://www.atari.com/corporate).

This document includes the half year consolidated financial statements, the half year activity report, the statement of the person responsible for the half year financial report as well as the report of statutory auditors on the half year consolidated financial statements.

An 8-page press release on the subject has also been circulated and posted on the ATARI website on November 8 th, 2011.
