PRESS RELEASE

Paris, France – December 2, 2011 – Following the sharp increase in the share price and the significant volume of trading on the ATARI stock over the last 2 days, ATARI specifies that it is not aware of any new information which could justify this movement.

As a reminder, the Company released its half year results on November 8, 2011 and released it 1 st half financial report for fiscal year 2011/2012 on November 29, 2011.

ATARI notes that, according to its bylaws (available on www.atari.com/corporate, in the "Regulated Information / Articles of incorporation and bylaws (status)" section), the threshold crossing is set at 2% of the capital stock of the Company and must be declared to the Company within five trading days from the date on which the threshold was crossed.
