Paris – France, September 16, 2011 – Atari's annual and special shareholders' meeting convened on September 16, 2011 has not been held due to a lack of quorum.
As a result, Atari's shareholders are convened a second time for Friday, September 30, 2011 at 6:30 pm CET at Palais Brongniart, 40 rue Notre Dame des Victoires, 75002 Paris - France.
