Lyon – France, September 20, 2010 – Atari's annual and special shareholders' meeting convened on September 20, 2010 has not been held due to a lack of quorum.
As a result, Atari's shareholders are convened a second time for Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 5 p.m. at Eurosite Liège, 7 Rue de Liège, 75009 Paris - France.
