Lyon, France, January 20, 2009 - Infogrames Entertainment announced today that its special shareholders' meeting met under the quorum conditions required by law, with holders of 415,975,364 shares or 32.06% of those outstanding present or represented.

The annual and special meetings adopted all resolutions before them.
