Additional Explanations

At our Company's Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the 2023 Activity Year held on 14.06.2024, the Share Buyback Program ("Program") prepared within the framework of the relevant legislation was approved and the Board of Directors was authorized to repurchase of shares.

The program duration is 3 years and the maximum total number of shares that can be subject to buyback within the scope of the program is 3,469,200, corresponding to 2.50% of the capital. When economic and commercial conditions, conditions in the capital market, transaction volumes in Borsa Istanbul and/or the financial situation of the Company, etc. is not suitable, the Company's Board of Directors has full authority to terminate or suspend the Buyback Program before reaching the specified maximum number of shares.

Within the scope of the program, it was decided that the start date for the first stage buyback transactions will be determined as 09.10.2024 and the end date will be 09.04.2025.

Necessary information regarding the buyback process will be shared with the public in accordance with the procedure.
