Şirketimiz ile TEK GIDA-İŞ Sendikası arasında yürütülmekte olan Toplu İş Sözleşmesi müzakere sürecinde, TEK GIDA-İŞ Sendikası tarafından uygulama tarihi 22.07.2024 olmak üzere Grev Kararı alındığı Şirketimize bildirilmiştir.

Karşılıklı olarak iyi niyet çerçevesinde, Toplu İş Sözleşmesi imzalanması amacıyla görüşmeler  halen devam etmektedir. Sürecin devamındaki önemli gelişmeler, ilgili düzenlemeler çerçevesinde kamuya açıklanacaktır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

During the Collective Labour Agreement negotiation process between our Company and TEK GIDA-İŞ Trade Union, our Company has been informed that a strike decision has been taken by TEK GIDA-İŞ Trade Union with an implementation date of 22.07.2024.

Within the framework of mutual goodwill, negotiations are still ongoing for the purpose of signing a Collective Labour Agreement. Important developments in the continuation of the process will be disclosed to the public within the framework of the relevant regulations.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
