Additional Explanations

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the issuance of lease certificates within Türkiye, to be carried out in tranches and without a public offering, through private placement and/or sales to qualified investors. In this issuance, our company will act as the fund user, and Ata Varlık Kiralama A.Ş. will act as the issuer. The total issuance will be limited to a ceiling of TRY 1,000,000,000 (One Billion Turkish Lira), with various maturities not exceeding one year, to be conducted within one year from the date of the CMB resolution and based on a management agreement. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
